Finished my job on the road last Wednesday. The good news is I finally landed a local job making more $ and NO more travel... unfortunately I'm back in Illinois permanently.. I'm home with my family for the next 2 weeks to ride out this shit storm. Got all the radios hooked up yesterday.. got food, meds, TP, all the essentials. I think God brought me home for a reason.. pretty good time to be off the road. Sons out of school.. wife is freaking out. My advice: Everyone dont panic but stay alert.. be thankful for what you got and pray for the future.. 73

Went to liquor store earlier, got some tequila. Asked if they had any of that "Limited Edition Corona 19"? Didn't go over well with woman behind the register. But did get a poor taste head shake out of her son. :D

This is the second story I've read of a city mayor doing this. First, was an Illinois city, and now New Orleans. I was suprized because I remember what happened post Katrina. Major rights violations. 2nd amendment violations. Seems a Democrat will do anything or use any reason to disarm the US citizens.
