A “shed” or “shack”, with plywood flooring here in NC... prepare yourself for moisture. If you insult the walls and then decide to just use clear plastic to cover the insulation, prepare for sweating.

You’ll want to block the bottom up like a house or use underpinning of some type. If you don’t, it’ll be hard to keep warm in the winter. And in the summer, you better plan on having double the AC that any online calculator or HVAC guy tells you that you need.

You wish it was your dang shack. You can see it at far end of woodpile....before I added the white door in an attempt to make it desirable for my mother in law. Thank God that didn't work and she still lives 30 miles North.

If I could see the mountains from it, then yes I do wish it was mine. All you can see here is swamp or ocean if you drive a bit, and you know how I feel about those two.
