Any Toshibas TS is advertising are fakes.
I have ordered from Copper at least a dozen times and never had an issue. YMMV. My last order was two weeks ago.

Just keep in mind that Copper does not honor manufacturer warranties on radios, amplifiers and such.

Just about everything I have bought from them has been suspiciously refurbished and not well. Meters broken, radios with bad solder. Only one of 5 or so orders was without issue. They also have a NO RETURN policy. My recommendation: Stay away.

I would stay away from copper as well. I have never had an issue with my 5 or 6 orders from them over the years but it seems like alot more people have trouble with them than not. I have been using wallcott radio lately. They are good so far for buying stuff.
I'd love to participate, but I get censored for being honest with my own experiences....

I will add "Caveat Emptor" - yes, they will no longer stand in the way of warranties. Being that they offer none, at least a blank graphical page, with no other advice. So to me this signals, they let the manufacturer do this - too many times under the Microscope from Societal and Social pressures...

I have purchased many items from them since early 90's. I've never had an issue except with their conversion services. Never allow them to peak, tune or covert any radio.

I just kept getting banned from their forum for being honest and speaking my opinion. Imagine that, sweet lovable me...being banned.
