I meant "feed" as in a live feed to the station and Xmiter. Is that what you are referring to, or am I lost again? I understand why a delay is requied ( I think), to cut out anything that would offend the FCC and cost a station money in fines.

It must be a feed, it's about 5 to 10 seconds ahead of the broadcast on 720 khz. Downtown Chicago is about 50 air miles ( Google Earth) from me. Must have a good transmitter, I get it at S9.

The link doesn't work. I don't know how far I am from the transmitter, but I'm about 40 miles (air) from Chicago across the lake.

Pearce Simpson Lynx. Synthesized, shuffling crystals got me more channels. 22A and B and above 23. Went to a Lafayette tube base with 7 xmit crystals and an RX VFO. Liked it alot more, there was alot of room from channel 23 to 10M. Also could TX on one channel and RX on another, my buddy...

Oh yeah, I'm about 45-50 air miles from Chicago, and they come in perfect.

I use an old VHF/UHF a buddy gave me, works great. RX's on HD digital even better than it did on analog.

Average isn't a very good way to measure SSB.

I used the channel led, wasn't too bad to do.
