CW skimmer is decoding signals barely over the background noise, works perfect in pile-ups. Try it. Worth every penny.
Use PC to transmit and decode with CW Skimmer.
For DXpedition work you have to learn to receive you callsign and 5nn. Easy peasy.
Of course if your CB is tx/rx on the same freq which is as rare as Yeti.

I know, but when you tune, to other station, you move your tx freq. He must track you every time you tune, what's the point?
Ok, than after mod how do you tune to other station which is a little out of freq without moving your transmitter?
