I have owned a couple of these radios in the past. They are very good on SSb as long as they are tuned and aligned correctly.. They are also one of the best I have owned for filtering as long as the radio is tuned right.. I am sure you will enjoy the grant well.

Ok first of they washington is a good radio with the right tune job on it. And for the second question the 2995 is refering to the ranger 2995dx, which is a export radio that can be converted to be used on the cb band.

It will never amaze me, Mole put a post up about the comments and such. And in the very thread some people what to post there rude comments that dont need to be.. Must be some want to push there luck and see how long it is before they get banned.
