$425 for 20 watts? Then you have to spring for an amp yet. Still dreaming down that pipe. I really like my Stryker and RCI's. Just wish I could run them without bleeding all the other electronics in the house! Looking in to a low pass.
With all the room inside these big chassis radios,now that everything is SMT, I wish they'd start adding some low pass filters to stop the splattering!
Lately while transmitting on side band my N2 will throw a carrier of about 6-8 watts whenever I'm not talking. It's bad enough on my nets that people say it sounds funny or is not as strong a signal as usual. Any ideas?
Project of the day. My soldering iron wouldn't get hot enough so I just cut and wire nutted in the 6 meter legs,4' 7" each side. Radio tunes 50.50 at 1.2 swr. Thanx for the help!
