Two questions. When looking up the modulation mod, it says press the MoniF key, the "Internet (Wires)" key, and the set key all together, while powering up to access a menu that gives access to modulation levels. Where is this "internet" key and has anyone tried this mod?

I have a VX-5R that up until last week worked perfectly. It just started loosing recieve on the 2m band. I can pick up FM radio, 440 etc, but anything 120hz and above I can transmit on, but cant recieve. I key up on a local 2m repeater channel and I can key it up, but I dont hear anything...

Looking one that fits a VX-5R. I think most of them have the same plug.

I have a Wilson 1000 on my truck right now. It has the SO239 male connector on it now. Is there a 2m/440 mobile antenna that will fit those threads and work with that system? It would be nice to only swap antennas not find a whole new mount.

I cant, for the life of me, figure out how to change the call tone on my VX-8R to hit some repeaters. Some need a 88.5 or maybe an 82.5 tone to access them. How the heck do you change the tone so I can access the repeaters?
