    Northern Italy to Australia. Not a bad effort.

    Turned on the radio, Magnum 45HP and 5/8 antenna..and heard this chat. The signal from Northern Italy was stronger, much stronger than the Australian DX. That is 16 thousand kilometres north west of here. Bruce

    It's Australia Day today. A mate of mine in Michigan is flying the OZ flag once more. I'm flying the RAAF flag today off the 1/4 wave vertical in honour of my dad and all the other WW2 airmen I have met here and in the US.
