    Bazooka Question

Exactly Thankyou gentlemen for sharing your expertise. The main reason I considered using a balum and the Bazooka was to help avoid TVI.I have had good results with verticals using a line isolator, just very little experience with horizontals. Thanks again.

    Bazooka Question

Anyone ever use a 1:1 current balum with a Double Bazooka antenna?Thinking of making one and have a balun handy.I know the antenna is balanced and should tune well without one but would it degrade performance?Any help or opinions greatly appreciated.

    New antenna Install

Total agreement. My Tornado performs better than my Vector I took down for maintainence.Locals tell me TX is slighty stronger and RX is at least as good but quieter. Great skip shooter!A real surprise for an inexpensive antenna.
