What’s the advantage of everything going digital? The FCC is requiring that all TV stations be digital by 2009 and all public service communications be digital by 2012. They say it’s for security reasons. Can’t the bad guy get a digital scanner and be back in business?

I use one as a base. Sometimes the signal strengths will be low (just the indication, not audio) and if I key the mic for about a secound and un-key the so called s-meter will show the stations normal reading. Anyone ever run into that before ?

I was talking on my 2200H last night and it just stopped transmitting ? All the mic buttons work but not the PTT ? When I press the PTT you can hear the switch clicking but no indication of transmitting what so ever, I did a full CPU re-set with no luck anyone ever have this happen ?

I just wanted to pass this along. I ordered a DR-06T from HRO last month and it had to be back ordered. A rep. from HRO took the time to call me today and let me know the radio was on the way. Not many companies of any kind would do that, that was very nice of them to do that.

I have a Icom (i can only moniter) 25A that has two problems. To turn it on you have to turn the switch on twice, it receives great and keys 25 watts but has no audio ? DK Mods does not have what I am looking for, anyone have any ideas ?
