Here is the problem I bought a cobra 2000 and its does not recive on am or ssb, I put the speaker in the PA jack and it works on am and ssb. Any one know what might cause this? There is TX.

Here is the problem, I got a 1x4 mobile amp that I got from a guy who burnt some resistors and the transistor on the very right of the 4 pill section, he took the amp to a local amp builder who fixed the burnt transistor. Then the original owner then hooked it back up and burnt the same...

Did a mosfet change and followed instructions from cbtricks. Here is the problem R40 burned up so i replaced it with a new resistor (bigger) 1 watt and also replaced c20 cap next to it. Worked great then R40 gets hot and burns up again??? Need help Thanks.

Hope this is in the right section, here is the problem the radio has low modulation the guy i got it from thinks its a tube problem? but i dont know which tube? any info will help. was doing 100% now only around 50% percent modulation. Thanks.
