FT-101E

I have A yaesu FT-101E that keeps burning out the resistor on the 600vt dc from the filter caps. Also, when on tune function meter slams to the right. If anyone can tell me what the problem can be, it would be well appreciated. I would like to get the FT-101E up & running...
