Ranger rci 2950dx

Can anyone help.have a ranger rci 2950dx. Doesn't seen to keep memory, have 10,11 and 12 meter band, when radio is turned off then back on again. I lose the 11 meter band and end up with only the 10 and 12 meter band. Any info would be helpful.
