How can I tell I have version three I just got mine in yesterday they said they got from the factory 2 weeks ago

It’s cool I understand everything is either 4400 3300 etc

I feel like cutting the jumper I see if it’s not it just solder back , not sure why it’s so hard to find

I looked everywhere for the conversion to 11 meter on the connex 4600 turbo can someone help me out ?is it the jumper wire on the back of the PC board if so what do I ? If it’s simple enough I would like to do it myself . P.s. I’m aware of the legalities , I’m a ham operator and a truck driver...
