Galaxy 77HML no RX

I’m working on a galaxy 77 with no RX. The radio has TX. I’ve checked the first RX amp is good. I’ve replaced AMC transistor it was missing. When I turn on the radio I get a popping noise from the speaker for about 15 seconds than nothing.
