Cobra 29 Black Chrome

I have a 29 Black Chrome and I'm wondering if I can put the cap&resistor mod with adjustable dead key in it.It has had the IRF 520 mosfet installed by a good tech,with all the right components added.It also has a TRB-1 echo board.I wasn't for sure if it would over modulate it or not.All help would be appreciated.

you can use the swing kit with a mosfet converted radio just the same as you can with the stock final transistor.


all the swing kit does is allow you to lower your deadkey so you can match your radio to a particular amplifier.
it does not add any audio to an already peaked radio.
it just lowers the deadkey while allowing all the audio it already had to pass through.
