Got 233YB441, operator Vlad in Romania on 27.475 LSB.
Report was 3/2 with QSB and USB QRM.
Vlad was using a Kenwood TS-50 @ 100w into a 3 element beam.
I was on the Icom IC-706 @100w into the Imax 2000.
Contact was made @ 2330 hours Zulu.
