An old brochure from one of my distributors in 1993 describes the Galaxy II Mobile as follows:

    TRANSMITTER POWER OUTPUT - AM/FM/CW 10 watts, SSB 21watts

    FREQUENCY RANGE - 25.615 to 28.765

Features and Controls: Built-in frequency counter, On/Off/Volume, Squelch, Mike Gain, SWR Cal Control & Switch, RF Gain, Band Selector A, B, C, D, E, F, Mode AM/FM/LSB/USB/CW Switch, Clarifier, Channel Selector, +10Kc Frequency Shift Switch, Roger Beep ON/OFF, ANL/NB ON/OFF, Freq Counter ON/OFF, Hi/Lo Bandswitch, S/RF - SWR Switch, External Speaker Jack.

    No mention of Echo.
