Increase the wattage of resistor R2213 from 2W to 5W, this component is on the card next to the Local Unit J2026.

If you have not replaced, note that the printed circuit board and resistor gets dark from excessive heat .

This change helps to lower the temperature in the area of the voltage regulators, and the reduce the probability of failure.
