La Grange, Georgia. or Jacksonville, Khaki-Likies?

The Carolinas

March 21, 22, 23, 2008, both are on the same weekend. Right out side Camp LeJeune in South Carolina.

Don't think I'd like keying up within 50 miles of a military installation.

They do it every year, same weekend in Jacksonville NC, Bulldogs CB Club.

The get-together in LaGrange is designed to take the crowd from the Carolinas break by offering huge purses for the shoot-out winners.

Forgot about this event. Went to LaGrange this morning for breakfast, talk about an antenna farm. Heard that someone from mississippi won the all out. Looked like there was a good turn out. Saw several vechiles being towed. Anybody that went want to post up on this.

I don't care what those idiots do but as for me I would not key within 50 miles of them.

thats a bit excessive..
5 miles and you should be ok..

unless you are transmitting out of band, you should be fine..

during 9/11 the entire nextel network went down here..
the military tried to use their standby frequencies..

they had a problem.. skip rolling and dummies around here on their channels!!

people who freeband are jerks..
if you need more than 40 channels, go get a amateur license!

And if you want to key more than 4 watts on those 40 channels go get an amateur license?
