President JFK,Rare?

I picked up a really nice one today for $95. I did not need another radio but i have never seen one before so i got it. While trying to find some info on it i ran across a you tube video about a JFK and the guy who posted it said that those radios were rare. Any truth to that?

They were popular in europe since 90's.
I owned two or three of them in the past.

If it has FM it is desirable in the U.S.A., don't know about rare though.

I myself would like to obtain a Stalker IX and a B-550 Zetagi.

Now those are great radios and I, for the most part, hate exports.

i use a jfk in the car for foxhinting on fm,
jfk's use the same board as a pegasus3 or chaser mc5000 with the addition of a factory fm board,
they use dual audio ic's in pushpull and dual 1944 or 1307 finals
output is variable up to about 15wFM, 15wAM 55wPEP in stock form
