Stryker Radio SR490

Prototypes came in few weeks ago I hear some changes are being made before first production run later this month.

Ok I was just wondering if any one knew what was in the new radios
in terms of transistors. I read they are listed at 125 watts.

Just wondering what was different from the 440.

just as noisy as the 440 :( :(

What do you mean noisy??
My friend has one and it is not noisy.

Hey librium,
My 440 is not noisy either. I have been really pleased with mine. I use only good techs though, anything past trouble shooting antennas, etc. is out of my league. But, I KNOW A GOOD SOUNDING RADIO WHEN I HEAR ONE !

Radio talks very well..the one I have came from DTB...nuff said...I just don't care for all the white noise produced by my radio...I mean it's noisy as heck with no antenna hooked to it

I never tried that :)

Sleepwalker,

If you still have your SR-440HP would you be interested in having our warranty repair center take a look at it? We'd be more than willing to send a UPS call tag.

Send me one!! Please!!
