April Wine-Enough is Enough

They got their start in 1969 when I was a mere six years old. They also got started about 40 miles south-east of where I live, in Fall River, a suburb of Halifax Nova Scotia.

Just when I thought I had forgotten about all of the bad perms of the 1980s, someone posts a video that makes wanna yack in my lunch pail.

:censored::eek:

Guys with perms... YIKES!

I graduated high school in '81, so April Wine has been a favorite of mine for many years. Not too many people know they've been around since '69, (except for Captain Kilowatt, ;) ). "I Like To Rock" and "Roller" are two of my all time favorites. "21st Century Schizoid Man" was pretty darned cool, too.

Brett

They've been around a long time. This song is pretty cheesy.

you make it sound like cheesy is a bad thing. personally I've found the more cheese, the better.

I am finding the consumption of cheese by 11 meter operators to be totally out of control. If they were eating normal cheese, your swiss, cheddar that would be fine. They however are eating he dirty kind, your limburger and smelly blue cheese. This is causing breathing interference with the people who just want to do right.

Of course us hams can eat all the smelly cheese we want and we do, lots of it and we like it. After all we did have to take the 3000 question test and have our noses altered in the process but dammit it was worth it! I have 10 elements of string cheese at 85' and I am feeding it with 1000 ponds of limburger!!! Long live the cheese.
