Disregard my last post, I bought a radio.

Cobra 29 WXNWST, with two mins. The Breedlove mount alone new was almost $100. $100 for both, shipped.

Regrading the rx/tx - off- rx slider switch (for instance, ch19). When on rx/tx, or rx, i'm able to normally use the clarifier, when I switch to "off" It locks like it should, but onto 27.1840, not 27.1850 (ch19) Is this correct, Is this an alignment issue?

So I looked into DTB, I have a 11 mod on my radio, so will he clip it? I believe that's the only mod. The radio does dead key at 50 or so, and push 200. Any issues with DTB looking at my radio?

Well, I stopped by Viking CB Repair in Ontario, CA. and was very happy with them, great service. They gave my radio a good once over, did a few adjustments, installed a new bezel and faceplate (that I brought) and told me the radio is working as it should, and then some. The tech, or owner, came...

Just realized these radios didn't come stock with external fans. Still learning

So, I was going to ship my radio (G.DX95T) to Bells and have them give it a good once over, and a good ol' peak, tune and align...and maybe a new bezel and faceplate (I have these). Bells site says "Not Accepting Repairs" I'm looking for an honest and trustworthy tech, not your brother in-laws...

So I sent the photo to Bells (Who I will be mailing this radio to in the next week or so) and their reply, quote "GLUE, because electrolytics are subject to vibration related cold solder joints."

Yea. that shmeg crap! I hope it's glue.

This is in a Galaxy dx 95t

I need to install a couple of fans on my Galaxy DX95t. Can anyone tell me where I plug the fans into, or is there a step by step guide that an tell me? Looking at the fans, it LOOKS like is should be a cake walk, 4 screws and a plug. Or is it not that easy. Haven bought the fans yet.
