that's not saying much. I just use a HT and a mag mount antenna. when I am close I use a hand held beam. I have used something similar in the past. but there is a lot of equipment u don't want to leave in your vehicle. OLD SCHOOL CB FOX HUNTING TRICKS. work the best for me. NO extra cost.

More info is needed. What type of amp? what is the pill # in the drive stage? how is the transformer configured? what is your drive power? what band/bands are u interested in? How are u balancing the LC network? that is what that cap is for. the LC circuit. if u no the maker you can guess by...

that is a nice Doppler unit. but they can be a little complicate when mobile by your self. and the google map thing is nice. but how can u drive and use all these fetchers
