Todd seems like he should review the FCC rules. I have heard him comment on the air that "the FCC outlawed morse code in 2007 when they dropped the code exam" which is untrue. What is a BOD? and yes I have been lurking or a while.- KF7PCL

Not too stir this too much but, I think that the OO program is not only to advise against illegal activity but also to reduce bad operating practices.
