Mongoose 450 mods?

Mongoose 450 mods?

I am a rdaio tech in Lenoir, NC. I have a buddy who insists on having a Mongoose 450 clipped and tuned up. He wants it to sound like a milky way. Can anyone tell me some good mods for this radio?
