Does she want to save her pictures and other data from the HDD? You could probably connect the hard drive on a running pc as a secondary and copy to a DVD or USB drive
You could try a different USB port. Have you downloaded the drivers from westmountainradio? It just might be an issue with the RS232 USB adapter and Win 7
What soundcard interface are you using? Is it plugged in?
You might want to make sure you have data selected in some of the FT450 menu options when using the data jack
Using Win 7 you should be able to press the start button, type device- it will show in the search box and then click on device manager under control panel.
Then click on ports(COM and LPT) and it should show the COM port you need to have set in your program
There are some recordings at General Satellite Recordings
If you go back to 2010 on the page you can find recordings from the other FM sats that are now inoperable, a lot of early morning passes might be quiet but most of the daylight passes were busy
Even when there were 5 FM capable sats, there were times when they were that busy. And when AO-27 and SO-50 shared the same footprint for a while, you couldn't tell which one you were on unless AO-27 started transmitting telemetry
Interesting honey bee swarm removal. I recovered 3 swarms last year but wore full gear. Most of them I get are in trees and the technique is different and tends to piss the bees off
I didn't like the otterbox defender cases and got a TPU case by diztronic.com, they offer some protection for the screen with about a 1/16 inch lip around the edge that will let you set it on a table without the screen touching. The defender series is great if you are very rough on your phones...
The last year I was in the WI Army National Guard we qualified on the M16 on the indoor range using 22LR
Ammo shelves are pretty empty when it comes to 9mm, 22LR, and 223, and I haven't seen much 22-250 either, really glad I got a pistol in 40 S&W
