VX-7R and softmod with VX7 Commander

Well, I tried the software with every jumpers unchecked. I'm not sure if I have to follow the procedure completely...Especially about the reset procedure with internet+mon/f+hm/rv. With the software method, you're not supposed to make the reset? I did reset the first try and something weird...

Thank you for your help, I'm gonna try this with the software(don't want to mess with the jumpers) and hope it will work... Is there a way to restore the radio to factory settings without the backup (just in case something goes wrong with the file..) ?

Hello everybody, I just bought a VX-7R on ebay from a reseller in Hong Kong. The model is an EXP/B3 that seems to have been manufactured this year. I tried to unlock the TX band (freeband) using the great VX7 Commander software but I faced a problem. :wink: In the software mod menu...
