Yes, that is the board that is in this radio, I have to have the mode switch in echo, and the echo on to get any modulation, ssb works ok.

I am having modulation problems, I am on frequency, goo carrier, but modulation is terrible, when I listen on another radio, I can see good power out, but can not hear the modulation, there is something there but it is unreadable. can anyone help me with this problem?

Pride dx 300 Thanks for the response, but I have searched everywhere on the web only to find the newer version of this board. I think that this board is an earlier version that no one can find any information on it, But thanks anyway.

Trying to figure out what the pin numbers are, and their locations on the board so I can trace the wires. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. I can't find any schematics on this board. Thanks, 73 Dave

Hi Rob, I did the mod, and when I was done, I keyed the mic and nothing happened, so I undid the mod, keyed the mic and again nothing happened. So I looked at the radio only to find that the red wire in the mic connector was broken off, so I re did the mod, did the alignment, and all works well...

Hello, I have one of the China made 148 gtl's How did you do the clarifier mod on your radio ? I would like to do that mod on mine. the wires on the clarifier are, BLACK is 8 volt on receive only, the other wires are RED. I have searched everywhere for this mod with no luck, all I can find...
