Thoughts on Kenwood TS-140s

I have a chance to pick up one of these for a fair price off a friend . I have never heard it on the air. has anyone used this radio if so I would like some comments good or bad. Thanks.

The TS-140s is a solid state radio. This radio has the same audio circuitry as the 450, just not all the bells and whistles. These are excellent radios and the receive will blow you away. They sell for around 300-400 dollars for one in good condition. BTW you can turn these radios up and get 150 watts right out of the back of the radio.
