I think I can slip by tomorrow if delivery of load has a compatible timeframe.

I know where to turn and how to dodge which tree limbs.

Put his MFJ-259 on these antennas and not just my cheapie meter.

Get some UHF double females.

Who knows what else?

Hopefully you can, Nothing like swinging into a real cb shop. I know I'm always happy as a fat kid with cake!

Naw, these guys hit their 70’s and buy ‘em a gnarly Harley and then ya can’t find ‘em on weekends (true story).

Edit: I lost weight as I waited.
My wallet has a svelte new figure.

As with the purchase of the Lincoln as the year began, I bought gear where availability of some equipment is either low, on back order, or unknown for the future of items Brother Hankey had in stock. Done.

It’s a great thing to have the store owner & you the only ones concerned with business. No unknown creeps from far away, intruding for their percentage.

Some items I’d put off too long. “No excuses for”, type purchase. Other, that I zeroed in on the t680 install as the antenna system rocks. And I want the rest of it (My Radio Rig) to be memorable to others (in the right way).

Start living up to higher ideals.

Had a moment of that with some other old hands on the way to McKinney across metro Dallas rush hour evening traffic. Time is now to do my part of answering that prayer.

The moments where in my job it’ll apply.

A shop like this was how America became what it was.
