Magnum OmegaForce S-45 HP Tuning Question

I'm going to be buying a Magnum OmegaForce S-45 HP in the near future. Could someone recommend a reputable CB tech I could send it to who could properly "peak & tune" it, or better yet a place to buy one that could do the same. I would prefer the latter since it would kill two birds with one...
