I had been asking around in other forums when they knew skip was coming in and they all seemed to just wet their finger and stick it in the air to see the wind direction...

Made contact on 27.285 with someone who doesn't speak English, it wasn't Español, that I do know. He repeated my numbers 3 times, I couldn't understand his numbers though.

Talked to 428 and 357 Puerto Rico a few hours ago on 22 am. They have some serious splatter stations down there. A few were on 9 and splattering to 25.
