2970DX best mic

Going to get a 2970DX and use it as a base unit and was wondering what would be the best mic. for this radio. I have several D 104 mics and would like to use one of these if possible they are all wired four pin Cobra I would just have to get an adapter.Thanks for any help you can provide.

I use the D-104 on my 2990DX and it works (sounds) great.

I also use the Turner +2 and +3 on my 2990DX which also work and sound great. Good luck !

I had nothing but excellent reports when I used a turner supersidekick on my 2950 on the base.

i have used the d-104 and it works good , but my choice would be the truner +3,or +2 they sound great and i have gotten nothing but geat reports while useing the +3 good luck and since you have the d104 use it. p.s.that was on the 2950

I prefer to use my Turner Super Sidekick on SB not AM.

Thanks for all the help. I talked to a friend who has several mics including all the ones mentioned above and he is going to let me try them and see wich one works the best. Again thanks for all the help.
