Yeah,
It's been a fun weekend. I've made several contacts on 15m. Most to South America, but a few to Japan. Several more on 20 and 40. And ONE on 10m to Hawaii. That was fun. And we still have today. Contests are a blast! A great opportunity for us little pistols to work some DX. To bad I can't stay in front of the rig all day.
Now git out there and work some new ones!
73, and gud DX old man.

I hearby request that members refrain from making posts regarding the improvement of band conditions especially if they pertain to those frequencies above 20m. My shack is COMPLETLEY torn apart right now for a MAJOR rebuild from the floor to the ceiling and all my gear is piled up in another area of the house. Everytime I see these kind of posts I just want to :headbang. The doctor has informed me that I must stop it now or run the risk of severe brain damage.
Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
