Been listening to 27.555 last couple of days.

I have been hanging out in my garage for last couple of days listening to 27.555 for back ground noise. This frequency is crazy. Conditions must be good.

Eventually something will stand out with all the excellent dx conditions we are having. It is hard to cover all the frequencies.

Yep. Thanks for the welcome, my only other CB buddy and I have been jabbering to one another on that freq. And many of the operators are educating us in triple nickel etiquette.

God that was fun, talked all around the World today. I found my new frequency! I am off the key now. What a fun day.

it's been whack lately (past week)...there've been a few out there trying hard as they can to stir the pot and been doing a good job at it

Oh yea, that Feq is is my new hangout, I love it. I am 395 from Wisconsin. I will never leave that frequency. I am finally having fun on CB

Band has opened up there. Talked just about around the world from it in the mobile many many moons ago... after a 16 year qoutis interuptous (hung up the mic) I have returned to that freq and been having fun ever since, Hooked up with a neighbour that moved 17 years ago and he now lives in Ill.. We shoot skip together on the weekends him from the east and I from the west and most contacts are like in awww to get to both end of the states at the same time in a 3 way Qso.. So far most rare contact was to the 44 div. And one so far to the 25 div... Will be looking for more contacts as the band gets better....
