Boomer Deluxe 300 Base amp/supply combo

Power supply part on the front not working.
I can read 15v on the meter for a split sec, then 0, if i move the test leads some i can get another quick reading and thats it.
If i hook a radio to it, i have to cut the whole supply off and then the radio will cut on for a split sec, thats it.
Any ideas??

O the amp works fine, Constant 14.5 supply to amp (2@2290).

AudioMan have you looked inside to make sure the leads haven't come loose from the front connectors? Behind the front panel that is. I've got a Superstar 500 and that's what happened to it! Same box and design I believe. I couldn't believe the shoddy work that was put into this thing! A loose lead that is 35amp!!! I mean come on folks! Good luck sir.
