What is so sad, is the equipment gets smashed and destroyed - much to the Chagrin of the Manufacturer - because of what the operator does...

Suffice to say, Radio Shack once helped sponsor that movie, but when you see the R/S cheapie power supply getting face time as the bad guy - SIGH - well you know how that turned out...

I have seen that movie. At the :54 second mark of the clip is the radio below. A neighbor gave it to me from his father's estate. I re-capped it and it works like new.

This was a movie called "Citizens Band". I have the VHS tape but also bought it on Amazon Prime Video just to have it handy. Like a dope.... I watch it every once in a while.....
