I'm sure everyone has heard by now, but the court smacked around the FCC (finally!) for their arbitrary policy change and fine for the Janet Jackson Superbowl incident. Story is here:

There are several other pending lawsuits from NBC and Fox for similar fines. It will be interesting to watch the outcome of these as a result of this decision.
