CRE-8900 Talkback Fix

Here it is guys. This fix is supposed to cure the talkback being still on even when you turn it off.
"It needs a 10K resister in series with a diode from VOLC to pin 2 of the audio chip. This will turn the talkback completely off when you shut it off."

I've resorted to having mine in the big truck. It picks up much less white noise than my S46HP. Now that I've got the road devil working right I'm loving it. Actually getting "loud and proud" reports on AM.
