When I was growing up every ham I would visit seemed to have a Heathkit station. I always wanted to have that kind of set up. Then when I finally got around to it I found out they are no longer made and the ones for sale are priced very high. I would love to get a hold of one of those kits and assemble it. I love to homebrew and find it fits my means of income. I also agree with the satisfaction one gets when they have accccomplished a project that works in the end and know you put it together yourself. Even a drywall finisher like myself can learn new things !<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/happy.gif ALT=":D">

Then when I finally got around to it I found out they are no longer made and the ones for sale are priced very high. I would love to get a hold of one of those kits and assemble it. I love to homebrew and find it fits my means of income. I also agree with the satisfaction one gets when they have accccomplished a project that works in the end and know you put it together yourself.
