It could actually pick up anytime, now. I don't think scientists have much of a clue as to predicting when the upswing will occur. Be patient.
Meanwhile, seasonal Sporadic-E skip should start in a few weeks. That'll be better than nothin.'

@ AWP:Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
