So i have had this radio put back a while. Dont remember the history of it but just that I thought the processor board was bad because the display is blank. Nothing other than the lights on each end. So, i swapped the display board out today for a known goo unit. Same problem! Any help would be great. Thanks

@ AWP:Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
