Good warranty experience with Stryker

I contacted Shawn via email with a question about what recourse I had regarding problems with my 440hp since I was the second owner even though the radio was less than a year old. I didn't expect them to stand behind it at all, since I was not the original purchaser.

I was pleasantly surprised! He sent me a RA# and I shipped it to Key CB in Indiana. Less than a week after I sent it..it was back on my doorstep...fixed and with the recieve mods made as well.

Doesn't get a lot better than that

I agree preacherman. Shawn bent over backwards to fix my issues. He even called me just the other day out of the blue to ask about the radio.

I am very pleased with the radio and the customer service

erm not to hash and trash but ...ain't it better to have support...if not whats the use...newer radios always need updates...like a car recall

if there was no support then I would have to say what a POS
