I have a heath sb 1400 transceiver. Is the sister radio too the yaesu-747. Is not putting out no wattage so I'm in A dead end trying to find the finals or tubes. The radio comes with the power supply/speaker I'm no tech reason I'm here looking for some help. thank you

@ AWP:Is it possible to be on a lake and have a homing directional beam being emitted from the shore so a person could navigate to that beam's source? For example at night to a jetty.
