I am running a Long wire on the ceiling coiled like a long spring around the whole room, i am running the desktop switch in the previous post and switching between vert and horiz, the vert is only 5s units with loads of static and fades in and out, while the SW antenna inside is only 2 s'units with no static but when i run both at the same time wow it cleans up the statica enough to enjoy the program. Listening to 5.950MHz Radio Station CRI.

That radio does not need a power mic, so purchase a stock "coffin style" mic with a decent cord, like the ones that Astatic uses.
