No replies............

The last I heard from you, you said you received the money order(last thursday?) and would ship the antenna asap........and told me you would email me the tracking #s.......

I've heard nothing since..........Hope nothing is wrong, eh?

Just got an email from Primetime.......
Something did come up and set him back a bit.....he says my antenna will be taken care of asap.

I wish him well.......and looking for my package.

I'll surely post when my ant arrives.......

I have the forms filled out to file the complaint with the FBI.....

I'm waiting til monday to turn them in......that's long enuff when we're getting absolutely nothing in reply!

That's the first step/ they then send that info to the Indianapolis area PD, maybe his local PD has a fraud department/ they make the initial contact with the papers in hand(knock on the door..LOL!)/ then after giving the guy/ gal? a reasonable amount of time to comply, they probably will file charges.

I have friends to visit in Indy anyway......

That's the current status.......at the ready.

Bradley, you have til monday before I file the paperwork.

USPS money order=feds.....

They still leave it up to the locals to do all the footwork.
The file will be sent to the local police.....whichever one has a 'fraud' department......
Most cities have a department that covers this as part of their normal case load(s)......if the area is big enuff they will even have a seperate department for fraud.

It works.........and....the more that file, the stronger they go after
the guy.......

It basically ends up being a local deal unless charges are filed......then it warms up from there. ;)

I just received a pm from Primetime........wants to talk on the phone.
I won't do that because.......no records kept(unless I record).
We dealt thru the forum/ pms/ and emails to this point. I think it
should stay that way.

I replied by pm and email, addressing those points.

Also......all he has to do is ship the antenna or return my money.....??.........

Done deal......end of story............we'll see. ......Ol'Ben
