hi ? cobra 29 will receive but wont transmit voice it not the mic or ant also tested the audio chip.

You will need a DMM and unsolder the driver and final leads from the board and then set the DMM to diode test. There are YouTube videos that explain how to test a NPN transistor. You will need to find the datasheet for each part to determine the base/emitter/collectors pins. You will also need to test them for resistance.
Can you see a dead key on the radio's meter when keying the mic? If so; then the final/driver are OK. If you did all that, then check the PA function of the radio next. If it doesn't work, it is either the mic or the audio chip.
